I'm worried about someone else

If you’re worried about someone else’s substance misuse, you’re probably wondering what you can do to help. If you think they would benefit from counselling, it is important to discuss this with them, but ultimately, it must be their decision to seek help.

If you are a friend or family member who’s finding it hard to cope with your current situation, I can support you using a no-blame approach. Addiction is a family illness and can devastate anyone within it.
